The 8th May training will now be in Aldershot at the Alderwood Leisure Centre.

Sorry for the venue and timings change.

• Senior Grades (blue-black) 10am to 1200.

• Kata training (all grades) 12-1pm

• Kumite training (all grades) 1-2pm
