The aim is for our federation to be truly representative of all sections of society and for our students to feel respected, valued, and empowered to participate in karate, and to give their best within their individual abilities.

Our equality, diversity & inclusion policy’s purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

2. Create an environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all, and where individual differences and the contributions of all are recognised and valued.
3. Take complaints of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination by fellow representatives, students, parents, the public and any others in the course of the Federation’s activities seriously.
