Kumite Course details

This kumite development session will be a movement based class focusing on how to move and incorporate techniques within the movement.

Bring mitts, water and tons of energy!

Please also bring foot guards and gum shields If you have them.

If anyone needs equipment we do have items available from the EWKR store - details are available in your orange attendance books.
